Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: Browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. These data are not combined with other data sources. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Web Analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics, Company: Provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider's server and stored there.

Our concern in the sense of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data will only be evaluated anonymously.

Newsletter

We use "dialog-Mail", a software of the Austrian company dialog-Mail eMarketing Systems GmbH based in Nussgasse 31, 3434 Wilfersdorf, for creating and sending our e-mailings. We also analyze openings or clicks so that we can adapt our information offer to the needs of our readers accordingly and provide the readers with targeted information. We do not analyse the IP addresses. All data is processed by dialog-Mail in a high-security data center in Vienna.

You can unsubscribe from the mail service (e.g. the newsletter) at any time and without giving reasons by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in each e-mail or by simply sending an appropriate e-mail to us. If you wish to change or correct your data, you can also use the corresponding link in each e-mail or contact us by e-mail.

If you unsubscribe from all our newsletters and we are not obliged by other regulations to keep your data, we will delete your data after you have unsubscribed.

Your Rights

In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.

The deletion and restriction of data may be contrary to legal provisions.
